Return Policy

Order Cancellations 

  • Orders may be canceled only with prior approval from Wabash Valley Manufacturing. 
  • Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced. 

Return Eligibility 

  • Written return authorization from Wabash Valley is required before sending products back. 
  • The product must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. 
  • Returns must be shipped insured and with freight prepaid within 90 days of delivery. 

Restocking Fee 

  • A restocking fee of 25% applies to all returns not resulting from a Wabash Valley error. 

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products 
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery 

How to Request a Return 

  • Initiate your request through the Customer Help Desk: WV Customer Help Desk
  • Provide your invoice number, invoice date, and the reason for return. 
  • Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
